This is the first online review I have done for anything, but I felt the need to comment. I needed something to capture the last words my dad spoke to his grand children before he passed away. Without knowing anything about this company I took a chance because the quality looked pretty good from what I saw online. I was not disappointed; in fact I was thrilled. These guys get an A+ for everything from the ease of purchase, the quality of the work, the speed of delivery; even down to the packaging (bubble wrapped enough to survive an earthquake). They completed the 6 pieces way before Christmas and finished product was incredible; it is very clear that there is pride in everything they do!
