Hello, it was a good surprise Birthday gift for my nephew. Now I am contemplating using your services for another photo. I really like the detail in the artwork. So, life like in action with this particular piece that carries from a small photo to a large piece of artwork.

We were very happy with our sketch of my son’s dog Ajax. The sketch looked just like our grand dog and we were very happy with how quick the turn around was, since this was a Christmas present. I was very hesitant about doing this, because I didn't want it to look amateurish or like a paint-by-numbers job. But I have to say I was really pleased with this, and I know the person I am giving this to will love it! I was also extremely worried about shipping a large glass frame, but it was wrapped securely and arrived in perfect condition. It is important for people to keep in mind that a watercolor is not an acrylic or an oil painting, so the colors are more subtle and delicate. I would absolutely order from myDaVinci again.

This is the second black and white portrait of a pet that I had done at my DaVinci. Completely satisfied both times. They're beautiful and the artist did such a great job capturing the essence of each dog.

We gifted a black & white rendering of their new house to our son and his family. At a time when giving is often reduced to using links from emails after requesting a wish list from our loved ones, it was very satisfying to conjure up this unexpected gift. My son and daughter-in-law really loved that picture of their son. Such a striking resemblance to the picture I sent you. This is such a precious little boy that was such a miracle baby for my son and his wife. Almost made a big mistake. I was a second away from ordering a home sketch from the other website. Something told me to ask a few more questions. When I was told that I would not get the "actual" paper with the "actual" pencil marks on it, I knew it was a scam. BE VERY CAREFUL. Other sites use a computer to touch up a photo and make it look like hand drawn artwork. It is NOT. My Davinci is the ONLY website where you receive an original work of art. Not a photo. Not a copy. My Davinci gives you the actual paper that the artist drew on. I am very happy. The sketch is perfect.

I had a pencil drawing done for my daughter for Christmas, by far her favorite gift. To be able to capture her and her cat with both images so spot on exceeded my expectations!! I had this painting made for my daughter. She is very proud of her house which has received an historic preservation award. The hand-penciled drawing was wonderful and blew my wife and I away with how accurate and detailed it was. It fully captured our dog’s features and smile, despite her being an all black dog. And it also accurately portrayed my wife who was holding our dog in the drawing. The process was very good too. Before framing up and shipping us the drawing, we received a preview via email for approval and given the opportunity to request changes. And from start (ordering) to finish (drawing in hand) was about 3-4 weeks. We love our drawing and will treasure it for years to come!
