What kind of photo works?

A clear phone photo is enough. Faces should be at least the size of a coin on screen. If a better photo would help, your artist will tell you before starting.

Can you combine people or pets from different photos?

Yes. Choose the number of subjects and upload one photo for each.

What if I don't like the preview?

Tell us what to change. Changes are free until you approve.

Is it really drawn by hand?

Yes. You receive the original artwork, and the artist can sign it.

What is your guarantee?

How long until it arrives?

First preview in 3–4 business days (oil 4–6 weeks). After you approve, it ships with our next delivery; in December we ship several times a week. Expedited and Rush orders are drawn first and shipped by the fastest route. Because you decide how many changes to ask for, we can't promise an arrival date at checkout.

Can I email my photos instead of uploading?

Yes. Reply to your order email with the photos attached, or upload them from your account any time.

Do I pay a deposit?

Do you ship outside the US?
