ABSOLUTELY AWESOME

I've done 9 of these projects In the past 6 months and each one is better than the one before. customer service and artists are there to make your piece what you envision - I went back and forth for 3 weeks doing revisions on this and they worked with me every step of the way. this makes a great gift and I highly recommend.

I ran into issues when I realized the heart montage was only a square. I had downloaded 5 pictures and requested a change to heart shape and to change out main picture used. I realized after closer inspection that then only 4 pictures used. They must have discarded the picture I asked to change and not use it at all???? Overall we like the picture. I did contact Customer Service and Pam delivered on everything she promised. I am trying them again in the future.

I was amazed by the sharpness and color quality of this item. It looks so good! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the canvas could have been pulled tighter and droops a little on the left side.

I loved the fact that if you had any questions or concerns the staff got back to you pretty quickly. Also loved the fact that there was an option for getting a preview of the artwork before it was mailed out to you and if any changes needed to be made they were prompt about it. Great job!!

I wasn't entirley sure if I was going to like the outcome when I first thought of this photo. However, the process itself was so simple, fast, and easy. I loved it! I told them specifically what I wanted done to the picture, and that was what I got. I also liked getting the option of viewing the product before it was completed. The frames were a bit pricey, but the artwork was well worth the price.
