Where do I find my Groupon Code?

Your Groupon redemption code is located at Groupon.com/mygroupons. Begin by entering your login information, and clicking on your username in the top right corner. A dropdown menu should appear, and will display various choices. Select “My Groupons”. This should display all of your Groupons, and Groupon codes.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Illinois residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax.

Do you offer an extension on Groupon offers?

As a policy, we do not extend Groupons. Your Groupon is good for its full value, for a period of time specified at the time of the deal.

Can I use more than one Groupon on an order?

No, you can only redeem one Groupon per order. This is a rule for all Groupons purchased.

What is the turnaround time for Groupon orders?

Due to the high volume of Groupon orders, the in-house creation time is four weeks. If you would like your order processed sooner, you may select our rush option which has an in-house creation time of one week.

What are the requirements for submitting a digital photo?

If you would like to scan your physical photo to be uploaded or emailed, please scan it at 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution or higher. This is to ensure that the fine details can be seen when we create your artwork. If the photo was taken by a digital camera, please be sure that you submit the original size of the photo. If there are any problems with your photos, we will contact you right away.

Do you want to use an image from a website such as facebook?

Facebook and other websites downsize images to make them easier to load and display online so please do not submit them. If you took the photo with your own camera, please send us the original file from the camera, before it was saved to any websites or photo-editing programs.

Will I be able to see my artwork before it is shipped?

Once the artist has created the one of a kind artwork for you, a preview of the artwork will be emailed to you for review and your approval. Modifications can be requested if needed, but please keep in mind that any modifications will push back your estimated delivery time.

What is a subject?

A subject is a human figure, pet, or a complex background object that you would like to include in the artwork. For example, a girl holding a dog in a photo counts for two subjects. If you then would like our artist to include the background, it would count as an additional subject making it a total of three. Please include all of these details in your special instructions. The purchase of this Groupon offer only includes a single subject, but you can add more subjects when ordering. Additional subjects carry a fee of $20 each.

Once you receive my photo, what will happen next?

One of our talented artists will begin creation of your artwork! We have a network of over one hundred professional artists who specialize in different subjects and styles. Once the artwork is created, a preview is emailed to you for review.

What is Gallery Wrapped Stretched?

A contemporary trend is hanging a canvas artwork without a frame, by having the printed canvas image stretched around wooden stretcher bars. Gallery wrap allows for one inch image “bleeds” on all sides of the artwork. Since the sides of the artwork will have a finished edge, it allows the artwork to be displayed without a frame.

Is 16”x16” my only size option?

The purchase of this Groupon includes 16”x16” Gallery Wrap Stretching. However, if you decide that you would prefer a larger size, you can upgrade during the redeeming process.

Will I be able to see my artwork before it is shipped?

Once the artist has created your myDavinci masterpiece, a preview of the artwork is emailed to you for review and your approval. Modifications can be requested if needed.

What if I am not happy with my preview?

After reviewing the preview, you may request modifications if there is any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork. If modifications are requested, we modify your artwork according to your suggestions. Once our artists complete the modifications, another preview is emailed to you for review.

Can I have the finished artwork delivered to someone else as a gift?

You sure can! If you would like it shipped somewhere other than your billing address, simply provide the correct shipping address when you are placing your order. If you decide at any time throughout your artwork process, that you would like to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service department toll free at (888)716-4085 or email us at orders@mydavinci.com. Please include your order number when corresponding via email.

Will I get a tracking number when my artwork is shipped?

If you choose the USPS shipping option, you will be given a delivery confirmation number once your item has been processed through our shipping facility. If you choose the Fed-Ex shipping option, you will be given a tracking number once your item has been processed through our shipping facility.
