The drawing was a christmas gift for our parents of their first house. They were so surprised and speechless, the emotions were flying high. They immediately hung the drawings and made sure that all visitors over the holidays were shown the gift they received. We were very satisfied with the ordering process, turn around time and authorization process and most of all the final product right down to every detail. It was more than we could ever imagine. I chose to commission a piece for my wife's birthday, featuring our four departed dogs. Having only a few older photos, I offered them up for as much detail as possible. I was offered mock-ups for final approval, allowing me to make a minor change before finalizing the order, and I'm very pleased with the results. My wife loves the final product. This is my second purchase from myDaVinci.com. The first was a painting of our home. This one is of our cat, Loki. It looks just like him. Perfect!

The photos I sent were scanned versions of old photos with poor resolution. The artist worked with it and truly captured my dad's look. There were several details I never even thought about that the artist captured, such as the light colored mole under his left eye and his slightly crooked smile. It is a gift for one of my siblings. I couldn't be happier.

Hello, it was a good surprise Birthday gift for my nephew. Now I am contemplating using your services for another photo. I really like the detail in the artwork. So, life like in action with this particular piece that carries from a small photo to a large piece of artwork.

Same review as on the other picture I ordered. Have to add a mat to the outside of the drawing making the total size when framed much larger than I intended. Might be helpful to share on your site that the drawing will fill the entire page and to allow for a mat and frame which will make the final piece at least 1-2 inched larger in total size.

I'm so happy with this piece of art. This was a special gift for my wife for Christmas but I was so excited about it that I had to let her have the gift before Christmas. The sketch is a sketch of my wife and her parents. Her mother died last year and her father passed away this year. My wife really loves this sketch.

We had our dog painted as a gift and were very pleased with the results as well as the service. The painting showed more personality that wasn’t evident in the photo we sent. Thanks - we are very likely to do another dog portrait in the future.

I cannot even begin to describe how pleased I am with our print! The website worked well, the artist creation and responses were very prompt, and the artist responded to the detail changes I requested perfectly. I was surprised at how well the finished product came out - the original photo was on my cell phone and a tad blurry. The artist just have firmed up the details and did some amazing work, so the final piece is perfect resolution even at a larger size. I am very satisfied with the framing (glass and white frame with mat) - it is professionally done. The package came very well padded and protected. I purchased this for my special friend for Christmas. I wanted to get him something unique and memorable. Even though I didn’t receive it in time because I waited to last minute to order but it was worth the wait. ( approx 3 weeks before I received it) . To see the expression on his face and the emotion behind seeing his mom was priceless. For MyDavinci to take a picture I had off my phone and make it come to life was worth it. I was super happy when I received and open the package from MyDaVinci. The artwork is AMAZING!!! Excellent! I'm 100% satisfied. I was VERY impressed the way they respond to my email. Super quick! I'm not a high tech person. However, with their help I was able to submit my artwork and in an instant, someone was able to send me an artwork image for my review. It was Perfection!!! I had contacted other company in the past but was frustrated waiting for response and the artwork was not even as good as MyDaVinci. I will definitely order again.

myDavinci has been doing our Christmas cards for the past 3 or 4 years and every card has been exactly what we wanted. They do The greatest work. The drawing turned out great. I would have given 5 star except for two things. Save your money on the framing, it arrived with the backing already broken and made of cheap materials. Customer service online is auto response only, direct questions do not get answered, only canned responses

I contracted My DaVinci to do a custom drawing of a home for one of my real estate clients as a closing gift. This client sold his home after building it with his wife over 50 years ago. He raised his children and grandchildren in the home and it was very special to them all. It was nice to give him this gift so he and his family can always have the home with them.

I found the staff very helpful and accommodating. when asked if I wished changes, in error, I failed to include one other change--I However was very pleased with the rendering, and the service. You worked with me although the quality of the photo was substandard for this.
