I love the picture of my dog. The likeness is spot on. Service was prompt, professional, and exactly what I expected. This is my third piece of artwork and I will definitely be back.

For my four daughters and sons-in-law, I ordered each couple a watercolor painting of their home. I am very pleased with the artwork and the ability I was given to rework some of the details if desired. Although I was concerned that the paintings wouldn't make it to us in time for Christmas, every one of them was received by Christmas Eve at the latest. My only criticism is the poor quality of the frames and the use of plastic instead of glass over the pictures. The frames themselves looked fine when they arrived, but one of them was chipped and damaged in shipping and was obviously made of pressed (not solid) wood. When I contacted the company with photos and a description of the damage, they offered me the option of a new frame or a reimbursement for the damaged frame. So I am quite satisfied with DaVinci's customer service, even though it took a while for the back and forth communications to play out during what must be such a busy time of the year for them. They proved to be quite trustworthy and concerned with customer satisfaction.

This is our second print from My DaVinci. Our first was of our German shepherd Heidi. The prints are quite good and the staff are professional and accommodating. But, more importantly, our dog Maggie Too believes that My DaVinci captured her beauty extremely well. Woof, woof!

"Hannah" was one of six pencil sketches I've had my DaVinci do of dogs, all as gifts to friends and family members. Each has been completed on time and the artist has done a beautiful job -- I've never been disappointed. And the recipients have all been thrilled.

I originally ordered this for my parent's 58th anniversary. Unfortunately my dad was placed into hospice and passed before the portrait arrived. During his service, this work was placed behind his ashes. It was a beautiful work and worth the money. I just wish dad could have seen it. He painted as a hobby and would have loved it. This service is amazing. I sent a photo with instructions to remove background noise and the harnesses from the three dogs. The artists reproduced not just the appearance of the dogs, but even seemed to capture the character of the dogs through the eyes. The cock-a-poo in the drawing was 17 years old and just lived a couple weeks longer after the photo. We are happy to be able to memorialize her with her puppy friends, the 2 pugs.

Clarity was amazing! No blurred lines, everything was crisp and detailed. Designer did a great job of transforming my Dane into a beautiful ladylike pose. Got initial picture for review and we thought the hat was not at all flattering so another hat picture was sent. The design artist incorporated the hat into the picture and viola! Lovely, just what we wanted. The preview was perfect, the painting arrived as promised protected well in a cardboard tube. It is getting framed now. Family likes it so much, we’ll be ordering copies, smaller versions of ours, for them. Sharing the beautiful work.

i was amazed at the speed and quality of the drawing they did for me! each draft, they sent me a copy so i could have them tweek it until it was exactly what i wanted. me and my husband are expecting our first baby together and are surprising each other with gifts after the birth. this will be something he can cherish forever! definitely wayyyy worth the money...and only a week total from when they sent me the first proof until i received the final drawing, very safely packaged, in the mail.
