I could not be more pleased with our purchase from My Davinci. Every question I had was answered promptly. Extremely easy to work with. Our son in-law LOVED this sketch. I would highly recommend My Davinci to anybody.

I had an idea for a gift and when I googled, I found this site. My boss is in real estate but loves to tell jokes. He is known for it in the office and at his local civic organizations. Words cannot express how pleased I was with this piece. This was a gift for a parting council member and was presented to him last evening. I was very hesitant about doing this, because I didn't want it to look amateurish or like a paint-by-numbers job. But I have to say I was really pleased with this, and I know the person I am giving this to will love it! I was also extremely worried about shipping a large glass frame, but it was wrapped securely and arrived in perfect condition. It is important for people to keep in mind that a watercolor is not an acrylic or an oil painting, so the colors are more subtle and delicate. I would absolutely order from myDaVinci again.

This is a surprise for my husband after moving into our newly built home. Process was easy - just submitted a couple photos, then agreed with the artist on one photo. A draft was shared and I gave three rounds of feedback to make the drawing accurate. I’m pleased with the results and the quality of the frame.

I was a bit reluctant to order this pencil sketch online because I didn't think the detail would be clear, and it would look more like a "print" than a sketch. I wanted a unique and meaningful gift for my husband, this past Christmas, so I decided to give him a sketch of our dog, Pepper, an all-black German Shepherd. When my husband opened the gift, I almost cried!! The detail of the sketch was absolutely amazing! The artist captured the details of Pepper's eyes, fur, tail, and even the way she was laying on her paw, just beautifully!! We hung our sketch in the Dining Room, where everyone can see and admire this beautiful sketch!

I decided to have this drawing done for my boyfriend after his grandfather passed away. I cannot begin to explain how amazing the drawing turned out. I was even told the picture I sent in was hard to tell details and the artist still knocked it out of the park. I will most definitely use them again in the future. I had a drawing of my boyfriend's beloved pet that we recently lost done and it turned out so beautiful. What a talented artist who was able to capture Waffle's personality and likeness so well.

The hand-penciled drawing was wonderful and blew my wife and I away with how accurate and detailed it was. It fully captured our dog’s features and smile, despite her being an all black dog. And it also accurately portrayed my wife who was holding our dog in the drawing. The process was very good too. Before framing up and shipping us the drawing, we received a preview via email for approval and given the opportunity to request changes. And from start (ordering) to finish (drawing in hand) was about 3-4 weeks. We love our drawing and will treasure it for years to come!

I am beyond pleased with my piece of art, a housewarming gift for my best friend. The myDaVinci artists perfectly captured the character, charm and spirit of the home, and did a phenomenal job of adding in a few touches I requested. I am over the moon happy with the outcome of this piece and 110% satisfied with the quality of it as a heirloom for years to come.

But this time, you really went above and beyond on the customer service side by (i) proactively addressing a complexity introduced by a nuance in the picture I submitted, and then (ii) promptly ensuring delivery even after I failed to respond to several emails asking me to approve the order.

The photos I sent were scanned versions of old photos with poor resolution. The artist worked with it and truly captured my dad's look. There were several details I never even thought about that the artist captured, such as the light colored mole under his left eye and his slightly crooked smile. It is a gift for one of my siblings. I couldn't be happier.

Yes, my son turned 18 and it was one of his gifts for his birthday, not knowing he said it was the best gift! He is a very athletic Lacrosse Player and his teammates loved it too! Unique and Priceless!

I sent a picture for DaVinci to create a watercolor print for me. It came out great. They asked for my approval before sending to me and even made a few adjustments based on my comments. I'm getting ready to order another watercolor from them. Recommend them strongly for anyone seeking an unusual gift.

I submitted a relatively blurry image to be reproduced. They expressed concern and asked for a better copy (understandable), of which I didn’t have. They used the original that I sent them and it came out gorgeous!! I didn’t have to change a single thing about it. I am wanting to have a few more of these done as gifts, and some for myself. If you are hesitating - don’t!! These are wonderful and well worth the price. An excellent experience through and through.
