I submitted a photo of my husband and our recently deceased dog Little Man. When I received the proof of the drawing, I felt it was beautifully done, but the dog in the drawing did not look like our Little Man to anyone looking at it who knew him. I contacted myDaVinci about my concern and they allowed me to send a different photo and did a new drawing, which came out so amazing, looking JUST like our little guy. This was the third time I ordered art from myDaVinci and I am more than pleased and have recommended them many times.

I loved the way it turned out. it was custom and i left it pretty open.. but the artist did a fantastic job and my parents loved it!! it got delivered just in time and was a breeze to communicate back and forth.. I'll keep it in mind in the future for gifts..

I gave the artist a challenging assignment - a photo of our cabin at night, with lights pouring out of large windows. Their standard approach seems to be to portray a house in daylight so they were initially unsure what the true colors should be. They asked for additional pictures to indicate that, and quickly produced a beautifully rendered watercolor of the cabin as it would appear in daytime - with a time lapse video showing the picture being painted! They sent a picture of the first image for my review. I was impressed by the quality but had been hoping for the more dramatic night time scene. They adjusted the tones and colors (not easy with watercolor, I’m sure) and I’m very pleased with the final result. The painting is impeccably rendered and I’m quite pleased by the result. I highly recommend this service and give high marks for the customer service and quality control.

The sketch of our family pet was more beautiful than I expected. The correspondence between the staff and me was very personal and my emails were answered quickly. I will call upon MyDavinci in the future if I want anything in the future.

I ordered this watercolor of my son and daughter-in-law's new home as a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. The painting was an exact match to the photo I had sent to myDaVinci, but the water color softened the image, and somehow made the house seem like a home. I have not given this beautiful painting to my daughter-in-law yet, but I am excited to do so--I know she is going to love it.

This portrait is a Christmas gift for a grandfather. The photo I provided had a lot of other people on the beach. The artist eliminated it and created a gorgeous portrait of a young girl with a ocean background , as requested. It is stunning and it will be a Christmas present for the girl’s grandfather.

My husband gave this family portrait to me as a gift. The sketch is beautifully done! Making special requests was a snap--removing a few items that cluttered the image and specifying eye colors. Some of the faces are more accurately portrayed than others, but they all look quite good. Turn around on the order was quick and having the opportuntiy to review the proof let us recommend changes prior to receiving the final product. The original of this photo of my parents was just black and white, and was one of those tiny photo booth photos that they probably had taken before they were married. So I had to guess at the colors. I loved the Paris pop art style, it merged the old with the new. The artist did a great job working with me based on my preferences. Thank you!

MyDaVinci worked very well with me as the artist had to draw 20 people in the final picture. One person had to be added into the final picture. The individuals in the drawing look great. They also created a new background so it would look like the group is outside. I definitely would recommend MyDaVinci for any hand painted pictures.

I am very pleased with the way the water color turned out. The process was easy and whenever I had a question I heard back quickly. It would be helpful if they had a phone number to call instead of emails. Also I suggest the if you need to have the product by a certain date you start the process early since it takes a while especially if you need changes. Also it was very well wrapped for shipping.

I had this painting done for my Husband on our anniversary of our one year old german shepherd. I wish i would have had a camera ready when he seen it!
