Customer service was absolutely outstanding. They worked with me on revisions to make the art exactly what I needed it to be. They were extremely responsive in any and all questions and requests I had. Beautiful job! I would highly recommend this company

I was very hesitant about doing this, because I didn't want it to look amateurish or like a paint-by-numbers job. But I have to say I was really pleased with this, and I know the person I am giving this to will love it! I was also extremely worried about shipping a large glass frame, but it was wrapped securely and arrived in perfect condition. It is important for people to keep in mind that a watercolor is not an acrylic or an oil painting, so the colors are more subtle and delicate. I would absolutely order from myDaVinci again.

Our sister was SO happy with this special gift we gave her for her 60th birthday celebration! The artist, Ken, was very patient, as we made many change requests to get the caricature just the way we wanted it. There were five of us weighing in and making suggestions. This is a great company, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. This is the third time we've ordered from myDaVinci, and each of the caricatures is a treasure!

This is our third pup portrait we've ordered at mydavinci.com and have not once been disappointed. Walter is my son's dog and is the leader of our family's pack. He is the smartest dog ever and so sweet with his family . . just doesn't care for strangers!! This portrait was a gift for my son and he hasn't seen it yet, but I know he will love it. I'm over 70 and sometimes have difficulty getting thru the ordering process on websites . . but I managed this order without difficulty. Will order again . . we have 3 pups to go!

I ordered this for my daughter's 13th birthday. We gave her room a complete make-over and surprised her with the picture at Christmas. She absolutely LOVES IT!! I think any teen girl would LOVE to have something so unique and personal as this hanging in their room. She loves walking in and seeing the portrait above her bed. Thank you for working so hard to get the design correct. We wanted to honor an important supporter of our library and his family was very excited when we showed them our idea of a portrait. The colors were bright and beautiful. I sent 3 requests for minor details to be corrected and each was done perfectly. This will be a wonderful talking piece on our library walls for years to come.

I love the pencil drawing of our dog. The myDaVinci site was easy to use and I was amazed at how quickly I received the drawing. The framing was done very well.

We ordered a watercolor portrait of our family friends’ longtime home for a Christmas present, and it turned out beautifully. They loved it!

I gifted this piece of art to my future in-laws for the holidays, and it was a hit.!! The customization process was seamless. I got to select one of my favorite photos (which I may add, was not easy to photoshop!), customize a frame to my liking, and the rest was history. Customer service was also top notch. I had originally submitted a photo that was too low of resolution and was contacted right away to correct that problem. The end product truly exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly order from these pros again.! Thank you!!

My mother visited this cotton gin factory on one of her vacations, she herself manages a local gin. She has always been a collector of pencil drawings, primarily purchases from the places she has visited. I couldn't have asked for a better gift for her. The price was reasonable, the work was wonderful and it definitely made a statement for the best Christmas gift this year. Communication was great and shipping was as expected. A definite do again.

Really nice and I am pleased with the item. Gave as a present to our friend. From a photograph he took of his dog. I did ask for the artist to sign the work, which was not done, but accepted anyway so it’s ok. Would order from Davinci again.

I submitted a relatively blurry image to be reproduced. They expressed concern and asked for a better copy (understandable), of which I didn’t have. They used the original that I sent them and it came out gorgeous!! I didn’t have to change a single thing about it. I am wanting to have a few more of these done as gifts, and some for myself. If you are hesitating - don’t!! These are wonderful and well worth the price. An excellent experience through and through.

This is the 3rd time I have used myDaVinci and I am yet again extremely impressed! You should be able to make up your mind just in looking at the reviews/pictures but I highly recommend if you are considering. I have had 3 different pieces created in 3 mediums (pencil sketch, colored pencil and watercolor) and all have turned out better than I had hoped. Makes for a very thoughtful gift that lasts forever. Repeat buyers tip - Assuming you don't have a special frame the piece needs to go in, have it shipped in a frame they sell. So much better having it ready to go when you receive. (I did not opt for this option on my first to save money)

I thank the artist who created that caricature for our colleague who was leaving after 17yr. It touched him and made him laugh. All subjects were created as specified, and the main guy - looked very much like our colleague! great job! There was some initial lack of clear communication and I was not able to show a preview at his going away party. That was unfortunate. But it does not detract from the work that the artist accomplished.

i bought this print as a one year anniversary gift for my new hubby, first year-Paper... anyway it got here so quickly i had it in time to give even though i waited until last minute to order it. The frame is beautiful, the print looks custom,very good quality. He loved it too, hung it right up in his office & people are already asking about it. i loved everything i saw online & will be ordering something for my teenage daughter soon.

Running out of ideas for gifts? This is a perfect gift for any occasssion. I sent this as a Christmas present for my in-laws. I ordered way too early and asked if the company could hold it until a few days before Christmas and they did! The painting turned out so well and my in-laws are ecstatic. The picture turned out amazing! The FedEx delivery was either stolen or lost by FedEx and myDaVinci was able to send an electronic copy so that I could print it out and still give it as a Christmas gift. I cannot thank them enough for their help and support and amazing art!
