Duke recently died at the age of 13, a Christmas gift of years past. I wanted something special for my son-in-law, and I think this accomplished the task. I was impressed with their artwork and especially their customer service when asked if the artist could make certain adjustments; and with their quick responses, along with reviews of their work, before asking me for final approval. They did exactly what I requested and at a very reasonable price! I am totally satisfied!

It will be a birthday present to my husband. So he will get it in a few weeks. I am sure he will like it. But I do have this as my profile pic on my facebook. It is cute. Of course, my husband and baby look super handsome.

I absolutely love the sketch as does my wife. Everything happened as advertised in terms of timeline and the customer service was great. We will definitely be using this service again in the near future. I have already recommended it to several family members and friends.

For my four daughters and sons-in-law, I ordered each couple a watercolor painting of their home. I am very pleased with the artwork and the ability I was given to rework some of the details if desired. Although I was concerned that the paintings wouldn't make it to us in time for Christmas, every one of them was received by Christmas Eve at the latest. My only criticism is the poor quality of the frames and the use of plastic instead of glass over the pictures. The frames themselves looked fine when they arrived, but one of them was chipped and damaged in shipping and was obviously made of pressed (not solid) wood. When I contacted the company with photos and a description of the damage, they offered me the option of a new frame or a reimbursement for the damaged frame. So I am quite satisfied with DaVinci's customer service, even though it took a while for the back and forth communications to play out during what must be such a busy time of the year for them. They proved to be quite trustworthy and concerned with customer satisfaction.

I submitted a relatively blurry image to be reproduced. They expressed concern and asked for a better copy (understandable), of which I didn’t have. They used the original that I sent them and it came out gorgeous!! I didn’t have to change a single thing about it. I am wanting to have a few more of these done as gifts, and some for myself. If you are hesitating - don’t!! These are wonderful and well worth the price. An excellent experience through and through.

We had asked for my wife to appear as the Mona Lisa, and myself to appear as an observer in a museum. The result was better than we could have hoped for... the images looked just like us, and the detail was incredible. The artist captured the perfect perspective, added details such as ropes, wooden floor, floor molding, perfect lighting and shadows in a hallway... just incredible detail. Many folks have seen this and we have received very positive comments. We could not be happier !!

So, honestly I haven’t seen the finished product, it’s a Christmas present for my family. They don’t know about it and we will open together Christmas morning! However, working with this company was awesome! This is the second picture I ordered within 2 weeks because the first one was so easy! Unfortunately, we lost both of our fur babies this year ( within 9 months of each other) . This baby was my girl...and the other was my husbands baby. I know the emotions will be spilling over when he see both pictures!!

Our son is getting married and we gave this to he and his fiancé as this is their first home. . The creator was wonderful and made changes quickly for me. . The artwork was delivered in a timely manner and they love it!

Words cannot express the feelings upon seeing "PIP" in a sketch! I have used your services in the past but never a personal photo being recreated. I have recommended mydavinci to several people and am definitely going to keep this idea for future pets!! THANK YOU

I’ve ordered from mydavinci twice, and both times I’ve been very happy with the product and the service. I ordered a pencil drawing of my niece 2 years ago, and this year I ordered one of my nephew- both Christmas gifts for my sister. The customer service side of mydavinci is great, they keep you updated throughout the process of your order. The delivery is very timely, even with it being a busy holiday season. The final art is amazing!! My sister cried when I gifted her the drawing of my niece, and I’m assuming she will cry tomorrow when I give her the one of my nephew.

I contacted DaVinci in hopes of purchasing a reasonably priced piece of artwork for a fundraiser. I was very happy with the communication during the development process and the final product was GREAT! I would recommend DaVinci to anyone seeking this type of art. We love it and hope to use it on our car show tee shirt this year.

Hello, it was a good surprise Birthday gift for my nephew. Now I am contemplating using your services for another photo. I really like the detail in the artwork. So, life like in action with this particular piece that carries from a small photo to a large piece of artwork.

I can't thank you enough for the gift you gave me of Brady's portrait. It's perfect and looks just like him. It's been three months since he passed away at almost 16 years old. I had the painting for a week before I could open it because the loss is still so raw. When I did I was thrilled, and still sad, at the same time. I’m so pleased with how my print turned out. I forwarded pictures found on Facebook for my colleague’s print and they were able to use them and create such a cool and seamless picture. I had an old photo of my wife in her younger years. I was able to take a picture of it with my iPhone and submitted it for a pencil drawing. Even though it was not a professional photo, myDaVinci did a great job on a hand drawn pencil artwork. Family loved the artwork and all asked where I had it done.

A great illustration of the 4 generations in my family. When my daughter looks at this she’ll always know who her grandmother is and where she comes from!

I decided to have this drawing done for my boyfriend after his grandfather passed away. I cannot begin to explain how amazing the drawing turned out. Coffee's entire 15 years of life was spent by my dad's side. He was truly my dad's loyal companion. This beautiful pencil drawing was a copy of one of my favorite photos of Coffee. The artist did an amazing job! It's simply stunning -- and it brought so much joy to my dad. Thank you so very much!

This is the second one I have ordered. I LOVE it!! This one was for my niece. My first was for my daughter and hangs prominently in my hallway for all to see when they enter my house. I get compliments on it from everyone that ever sees it. It is such a cool looking piece of art and a great way to capture a specific special time in your loved ones life. A splendid result! I could only hope for such a result but at its start admittedly I was anxious. I was a first time customer after all. Within a few days I received the first (sketch) artwork. We needed a few rounds to get our comments 'fixed' and together with the artist a fantastic artwork was created. We chose a hi-res download and hi-res it definitely was. We use it in a photogallery on an iPad which plays 24/7. And it will go on our wall: framed as an artwork :-). Thank you, MyDaVinci and the artist Ken Zhang.

I got the first piece when my son was almost 1 for my husband's first Father's Day. I have gotten a father/son picture done about every 3 years. Our son is 15 now and this is the 5th one. It is a wonderful chronical of their relationship as he has grown up. Beautiful work as always. Excellent communication, rapid response and item well packaged and sent promptly.
