This came out better than expected! We did do a mini “photoshoot” to upload a picture where the face had the right angle and similar lighting. We only had the artist make one small modification (partially hide the ear) and it came out perfect!!! We love it so much!

"Hannah" was one of six pencil sketches I've had my DaVinci do of dogs, all as gifts to friends and family members. Each has been completed on time and the artist has done a beautiful job -- I've never been disappointed. And the recipients have all been thrilled.

I am very impressed with this company. I needed the work done quickly and they did every thing they could to get my job done and delivered. My wife loved the picture. We were married at a later stage of our lives. She has always wondered what we would have been like if me married at 21 years old. MyDaVinci made that happen for her. Though I saw the beautiful art examples you provided on your website, I doubted that an artist would be able to capture our Otis in a way that would move us... Well, when we opened the packet and pulled out the art, we both cried... Needless to say, the artist could not have done a better job. We were so very moved, and though it made us sad again that he is now gone, we are so happy to have this beautiful image of Otis to display. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The picture we had MyDavinci make is just outstanding! Much higher quality print and framing than I had expected and the artwork is perfect! It will hang proudly and I've got 2 more cats and 3 dogs so well be getting a lot more things from My DaVinci! HIGHLY recommend!

My daughter and I will read the same books occasionally, it creates conversation, this portrait was inspired after reading this book. “Theo of Golden” by Allen Levi. I would say it’s a must read by your artist, then you’ll understand, it is highly recommended by book enthusiasts! Your portrait was terrific, as of today I have not bestowed the portrait to my daughter because she hasn’t finished the book yet but I am very excited to give it to her. I was so impressed with artist that I have since ordered two more portraits for two more of my children. I am very happy that I found mydavinci.com!

The color pencil drawing of my dog DJ is beautiful. It perfectly matches the photo. I was very impressed by the customer service and how quickly the staff responded to emails. It was a pleasure working with this company. I just love the print and how the artist captured my DJ.

I was very impressed with my experience with myDaVinci--the ordering process was easy and customer service and my artist immediately reached out, discussed which photo would be their best reference, and assured me they could still customize the painting to include fall foliage (the reference photo was taken in winter). The painting was done much earlier than I expected, and is even more beautiful in person. I bought this for my mom, who is planning to downsize from my childhood home, and I think she will love it!

The photo I sent wasn't the best so I expected a sort of impressionist drawing at best. Imagine my surprise when a beautifully detailed and colored pencil drawing arrived. The artist must have zoomed in to get such faithful detail. The whole drawing gave exactly the mood I hoped for - a simple yet dramatic house in a lush forest. The recipient was so delighted and couldn't stop exclaiming over it. The only downside was that I ordered it framed - before I opened the package to wrap it, I heard the tinkling sound of many pieces of broken glass - and sure enough the glass covering the art had shattered somewhere in the shipping process. It hadn't harmed the art itself and I think I would have had it reframed anyway with a mat that enhances the colors - and now I definitely will do that. Otherwise A++++ experience with excellent communication about approval or possible changes (I had none) and the art arrived in plenty of time, just as promised.

I purchased this drawing as a gift for a friend who had recently lost her father.The entire process of losing him and selling the family home had been incredibly emotional for her. When I presented her with the drawing she was overwelmed with emotion, it truly captured the essence of her father in such a beautiful way. The detail and craftsmanship are extraordinary. Thank you for creating such a meaningful and lasting gift.

I've had five sketches done and have loved them all. This one is our grandson in Scotland with his grandma for high school graduation. He absolutely loved it. I color it myself and have given them to my family. The artwork is extremely beautiful. The people at MyDavinci are very good in making sure all goes well. I totally would recommend it to all.

I ordered three My DaVinci drawings for Christmas gifts. They were all different and so well received! Although the one pictured here is a house drawing, the second one was a picture of grandchildren dancing at a family wedding and a third one featured a family member holding up a newly caught fish. All three fit the personalities of their recipients. The My DaVinci service was as described. Although the gifts were delayed in delivery due to winter weather, the preview feature allowed me to share the gift on Christmas morning. Communication was good. I have one suggestion regarding shipping: Clarify that multiple pictures may arrive in the same shipment. I received three different Fed Ex tracking numbers but only the first one was activated. It caused me to think that the other two were lost in shipping. However, when the first one arrived, the other two were in the same mailing tube. All in all, a great gift!

I purchased this piece for my mother for Christmas. She and my Dad treasure the house they built together, and this was the perfect way to honor it. The ordering process was easy, and I was allowed to provide ample feedback and edits at 2 stages of the process to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My mother appreciated the little details - from the flag, to the garden bench. Would completely order again.

OMG, where do I start? I ordered this picture for my Veterinarian for the holidays. We had secretly taken photos of his dog he brings to work everyday. I submitted my order so late that I did not think it was going to be ready for the holidays. But to my surprise it was reviewed and an emailed proof was sent in just a few hours!!!! I noticed the collar was upside down, so I asked if that could be fixed. A new email proof was sent the next day with the collar facing upright. The gorgeous picture was sent within a week!!! Needless to say I gave it to him and he has not stopped talking about it to this day. His family also loved it! The only problem is that they cannot decide where to hang it, in the office or at home. I know he has referred the website to everyone that has also loved the picture. I just want to say thank you so very much for the outstanding customer service you provide. I hope to be back to order one for myself.

An unbelievable colored pencil drawing of my love, Ruger. It absolutely captures the essence of him. I could not be more satisfied. Will definitely be a repeat customer. I have a similar piece of artwork for my first cocker spaniel, Pepper. This is equally, if not better, as good. Treasures for sure!

The hand-penciled drawing was wonderful and blew my wife and I away with how accurate and detailed it was. It fully captured our dog’s features and smile, despite her being an all black dog. And it also accurately portrayed my wife who was holding our dog in the drawing. The process was very good too. Before framing up and shipping us the drawing, we received a preview via email for approval and given the opportunity to request changes. And from start (ordering) to finish (drawing in hand) was about 3-4 weeks. We love our drawing and will treasure it for years to come!

I was very pleased with the process and timing on my order. I approved the drawing, but as of now, I have not looked at the original drawing and it is packaged so nicely and it is a Christmas gift. I would order from this company again.

I had a pencil drawing done for my daughter for Christmas, by far her favorite gift. To be able to capture her and her cat with both images so spot on exceeded my expectations!! I had been thinking of doing this for some time and then I finally got around to getting it done and I very glad I did. I absolutely love my artwork!! (I recommend electing the email preview. Of course so you can see exactly what your getting. In my case, a particular detail and the elimanation of it made me go from liking it to loving it.)

Love, Love, Love our portrait. I purchased this portrait of our deceased German Shepherd for my son as a Christmas gift!!! It was absolutely beautiful, looks just like our beloved Chico and we will cherish it forever. I will definately be ordering from this company again, be it for a human or animal portrait.

I recently had a drawing done from an old picture of my grandmother. The picture was very old and not the best quality and they warned me it might not turn out that great. They were so wrong. The picture turned out absolutely amazing! It was a gift for my mom and she loved it! I was so impressed with the artist's work. The whole process was pretty easy and it was fast shipping too.
