Because our grandchild's face was scrunched up as the butterfly landed on her nose and was quite obscured by a shade in the original photograph, it was difficult to make her face look just like her. DaVinci reworked the drawing with the assistance of additional photos we provided and the end result was a treasure.

I ordered this drawing for my daughter who recently lost her Corgi Meeko. She loved it! Thank you!

It turned out way better than anticipated! It's a bit scary to think someone you never met could actually capture a feeling from a photo and reproduce it. I just love the way it turned out! This is the fifth hand drawn color pencil I ordered. Each one is perfect and looks exactly like the photo that was sent to DaVinvi to create the drawing. This drawing was particularly difficult because the baby had a frown in all her Baptism pictures. We asked DaVinci to use a photo of the baby smiling from a different photo and superimpose it onto the Baptism photo. No one could tell that the drawing was actually from two different photographs! FYI - make sure you check if you are ordering the layout in landscape or portrait. Not realizing the drawing's layout was landscape, I approved it. When the drawing arrived, I discovered the error. DaVinici was very accommodating and told me to return the drawing and they corrected the layout. I highly recommend DaVinci because of their talented artists and great customer service.

Purchased this as a wedding gift for a family member. This was last minute as they decided to get married only a couple weeks ago. The couple does all their RenCon festivals so I thought what better gift than a royal painting! I downloaded the appropriate pictures 8 days before the wedding. The next day received a review of what the canvas would look like and approved the picture. To my surprise I got a tracking number showing the canvas had been shipped and the canvas arrived 7 days after I ordered! This thing turned out great, was impressed not only with the quick turn around but also the quality of the print. I did not expect to have it in time to give the couple at the wedding but I did, and they loved it! I Ordered a hand-drawn sketch as a christmas gift. After sending in the photo, an associate from mydavinci.com emailed me within a day, verifing what I wanted done. About a week later, they emailed me again with what they had done. I had to approve the product before they would actually send it to me. The sketch was awesome. After my approval, the sketch arrived in the mail within a week. The sketch was even better in person. It was top quality.

Overall, I felt this to be excellent. I did need to go back a couple of times to request modification of the drawing but this was done promptly and to my instructions. This is the third drawing I've purchased and you really nailed it. That's Wilson, all right. I was very happy with the first one and loved this one. I gotta say my second one, a beautiful German Shepherd didn't do her justice. It was too light and a bit angular. My fault for approving it without voicing my concerns. I'd purchased it for a friend and saw it again recently for the first time in a while and was again disappointed. But this one couldn't have been better

Our sister was SO happy with this special gift we gave her for her 60th birthday celebration! i was amazed at the speed and quality of the drawing they did for me! each draft, they sent me a copy so i could have them tweek it until it was exactly what i wanted. me and my husband are expecting our first baby together and are surprising each other with gifts after the birth. this will be something he can cherish forever! definitely wayyyy worth the money...and only a week total from when they sent me the first proof until i received the final drawing, very safely packaged, in the mail.
