For my four daughters and sons-in-law, I ordered each couple a watercolor painting of their home. I am very pleased with the artwork and the ability I was given to rework some of the details if desired. Although I was concerned that the paintings wouldn't make it to us in time for Christmas, every one of them was received by Christmas Eve at the latest. My only criticism is the poor quality of the frames and the use of plastic instead of glass over the pictures. The frames themselves looked fine when they arrived, but one of them was chipped and damaged in shipping and was obviously made of pressed (not solid) wood. When I contacted the company with photos and a description of the damage, they offered me the option of a new frame or a reimbursement for the damaged frame. So I am quite satisfied with DaVinci's customer service, even though it took a while for the back and forth communications to play out during what must be such a busy time of the year for them. They proved to be quite trustworthy and concerned with customer satisfaction.

The art provided was fabulous. My sister will treasure the rendering of her dog Bella and she already has handing in her office where she will see Bella's drawing every day. The one detail I would have changed is providing some 'white space' around the image This was of no fault to myDaVinci or the artist, but instead me understanding the process. There are many sites that provide this service, but I am sure I selected the best. Thank you!

This is my husband's favorite photo of us and it was getting a little discolored behind the frame. When I found your website, I knew this would be the perfect gift. This is my 1st time working with myDaVinci and suffice it to say, it won't be the last. I'm big on customer service and they were "on it". Especially since my order was a rush during the time when most were social distancing and working from home. The photo I submitted was a little on the fuzzy side which made it difficult for the Artist but WOW! What a beautiful job! I received the portrait on time - as promised. I honestly recommend myDaVinci for the art and the service.

I chose to commission a piece for my wife's birthday, featuring our four departed dogs. Having only a few older photos, I offered them up for as much detail as possible. I was offered mock-ups for final approval, allowing me to make a minor change before finalizing the order, and I'm very pleased with the results. My wife loves the final product. A splendid result! I could only hope for such a result but at its start admittedly I was anxious. I was a first time customer after all. Within a few days I received the first (sketch) artwork. We needed a few rounds to get our comments 'fixed' and together with the artist a fantastic artwork was created. We chose a hi-res download and hi-res it definitely was. The result of the photo I sent in was amazing. The pop art of my granddaughter was perfect. It was a gift for my daughter and son-in-law and when they opened it, it was so great to see their jaws actually drop. They were stunned and so surprised. The communication between myself and myDaVinci was excellent. They really delivered with a wonderful product which was delivered exactly at the time they promised. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I did a hi-res scan of an old family picture from the '50s, then isolated my mother's image. The lighting of the photo was flat, and there were nearly no highlights in her hair, and her earrings got lost in the shadows. Somehow, the myDaVinci artist overcame all of that, found her hairstyle, found her earrings, and reproduced every other feature faithfully, and far better than the original photo. It is a beautiful portrait, and I'll display it with pride. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend myDaVinci to anyone looking for a sensitive interpretation of a family picture.

We lost our four year old little man unexpectedly five months ago. It has been difficult since he was so young. I gave this to my wife and she burst out in tears. I purchased two of these, one for me and one for my son and fiancee. I couldn't be happier - in fact, I can't stop looking at it. I have a shore house and I had a caricature done of my 3 little dogs. I then got a 4th little one...and I had to have her on the wall with the others...so I had MyDaVinci do a new one of Foxy. We put her up this past weekend next to the other one we already have. Love MyDaVinci. I have had pencil sketches also done by them.
