The sketch of our family pet was more beautiful than I expected. The correspondence between the staff and me was very personal and my emails were answered quickly. I will call upon MyDavinci in the future if I want anything in the future.

Love, Love, Love our portrait. I purchased this portrait of our deceased German Shepherd for my son as a Christmas gift!!! It was absolutely beautiful, looks just like our beloved Chico and we will cherish it forever. I will definately be ordering from this company again, be it for a human or animal portrait.

I’ve ordered from mydavinci twice, and both times I’ve been very happy with the product and the service. I ordered a pencil drawing of my niece 2 years ago, and this year I ordered one of my nephew- both Christmas gifts for my sister. The customer service side of mydavinci is great, they keep you updated throughout the process of your order. The delivery is very timely, even with it being a busy holiday season. The final art is amazing!! My sister cried when I gifted her the drawing of my niece, and I’m assuming she will cry tomorrow when I give her the one of my nephew.

I can't thank you enough for the gift you gave me of Brady's portrait. It's perfect and looks just like him. It's been three months since he passed away at almost 16 years old. I had the painting for a week before I could open it because the loss is still so raw. When I did I was thrilled, and still sad, at the same time. While I had a little difficulty at the beginning of the process, once the photos were resent, I am very pleased with the results. I love having a preview and input for changes to the end result. In my case, the baby had a hat in the photo that I asked be removed. This is my second experience with you and I am again very pleased. In searching online for an unusual, memorable gift for my daughter's first Mother's Day, I found your site. The order process was very easy and I was DELIGHTED with the picture. I love the fact that I was able to preview the artwork and request changes before it was shipped to me. My daughter is one of those who rarely, rarely cries, but when she saw the lovely pencil sketch, she sobbed. Thank you! My only "complaint" would be that I didn't receive my artwork in time for Mother's Day because I requested a change, and it slowed down receipt of the artwork by several days. This wasn't a problem for me because it turned out that I didn't see my daughter until a few days after Mother's Day. So, if ordering for a special occasion, be sure to order well in advance. Bottom line--I love the artwork so much that I am ordering again for my son-in-law for Father's Day! Thanks again!

The drawing turned out great. I would have given 5 star except for two things. Save your money on the framing, it arrived with the backing already broken and made of cheap materials. Customer service online is auto response only, direct questions do not get answered, only canned responses

Thank you for the beautiful watercolor of my sister’s home. They raised their children in this home, but recently moved. It was a house warming gift, and they LOVED it! It is hanging now inside their front door as a reminder of all the memories made there. Again, thank you.

At first I was apprehensive, I thought it was going to look obviously artificial, but that's actually what I look like, great job to the graphic designers over there at MyDavinci. And a special shout out to the shipping department, that package could've withstood a 10' drop without a scratch. My only criticism is there aren't enough portrait options for couples. Please provide more scenes, from more eras, and you will have a customer for life. I intend to buy each one of my friends and family members a portrait of us.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her fiancé. I won't know what their reaction is until Christmas, but I found the ordering process to be pain free. I was offered a preview of the drawing and able to make suggestions of changes I thought it needed. Once those changes were made, I was able to preview the drawing again and I realized that the first rendering was the better one. Once again the change was made. I recommend my DaVinci to anyone looking for a unique gift or keepsake.

I purchased this piece for my mother for Christmas. She and my Dad treasure the house they built together, and this was the perfect way to honor it. The ordering process was easy, and I was allowed to provide ample feedback and edits at 2 stages of the process to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My mother appreciated the little details - from the flag, to the garden bench. Would completely order again.

I gave them a picture of my sister and BIL’s Briard Dog. It was done in pencil. It is remarkable. I would have liked a little bit more color but Briards are usually a light fawn, white and this one is 10 and had gray in him. Not much you can do to add color to that. This is going to be their Christmas present. I am very happy with the end product. Would certainly recommend.

I was a bit reluctant to order this pencil sketch online because I didn't think the detail would be clear, and it would look more like a "print" than a sketch. I wanted a unique and meaningful gift for my husband, this past Christmas, so I decided to give him a sketch of our dog, Pepper, an all-black German Shepherd. When my husband opened the gift, I almost cried!! The detail of the sketch was absolutely amazing! The artist captured the details of Pepper's eyes, fur, tail, and even the way she was laying on her paw, just beautifully!! We hung our sketch in the Dining Room, where everyone can see and admire this beautiful sketch!
