An unbelievable colored pencil drawing of my love, Ruger. It absolutely captures the essence of him. I could not be more satisfied. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Wonderful artwork! I love this one of my son and his girlfriend. I ordered two recently. The other was for an office of 29 people, we had a few adjustments before getting the final but myDaVinci was very easy to work with and patiently made adjustments and sent back until it was perfect.

For my four daughters and sons-in-law, I ordered each couple a watercolor painting of their home. I am very pleased with the artwork and the ability I was given to rework some of the details if desired. Although I was concerned that the paintings wouldn't make it to us in time for Christmas, every one of them was received by Christmas Eve at the latest. My only criticism is the poor quality of the frames and the use of plastic instead of glass over the pictures. The frames themselves looked fine when they arrived, but one of them was chipped and damaged in shipping and was obviously made of pressed (not solid) wood. When I contacted the company with photos and a description of the damage, they offered me the option of a new frame or a reimbursement for the damaged frame. So I am quite satisfied with DaVinci's customer service, even though it took a while for the back and forth communications to play out during what must be such a busy time of the year for them. They proved to be quite trustworthy and concerned with customer satisfaction.

Got this as a Valentine's Day gift for my wife and she loved it! She hung it on the wall immediately. I ordered it with a frame and it looks very nice.

My Father died on June 4th, in making preparations we found that we did not have a really good photo of him to display for the funeral. After searching for day's we found one. We tried to enlarge it ourselves, and found that we could only make it so large before it lost its impact. A friend suggested having it turned into a painting. We're very pleased with the pencil drawing of our vintage apartment building. Intended for use on a new letterhead, the drawing captures the appearance of the structure nicely, and omits, as requested, some neighboring power lines and other unnecessary visual elements.
