The artist captured exactly what I was hoping.

I loved the way it turned out. it was custom and i left it pretty open.. but the artist did a fantastic job and my parents loved it!! it got delivered just in time and was a breeze to communicate back and forth.. I'll keep it in mind in the future for gifts..

We had no idea what to expect, but the process was easy, efficient, and professional. The water color drawing came out picture perfect! Our daughter and son-in-law were very surprised and very pleased to have such a great keepsake of their family home! Definitely recommended!

EXCELLENT work! Absolutely beautifuul workmanship, high quality and just couldn't be happier. After the sample review, I asked if they could bring out her bright blue eyes and they did without hesitation and got the final review back almost immediately and the eyes were just like the picture. HI, recently received my caricature picture and I love it! Was quick and easy to do with your service. I had to make one adjustment on your review picture, and you changed it with no problem. I bought this for my friend's wedding, I put in a large frame with a wide border so her guests can sign around the picture. I love the whimsical, and fun nature of this picture and I know the bride and groom will have a great laugh with this and love it on their wedding day. I was very pleased with DaVinci's quick response to my inquiry. Their website was easy to use. The artist submitted a proof to review quickly. The artwork was ready quickly as well. The longest part of the process was the mailing but I did not select express shipping.

Gave this to my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. They are usually hard to buy for, but they absolutely love it. It is already hanging in their foyer. Also, I found the customer service at myDaVinci to be outstanding. They are very responsive (email responses within 24 hours) and patiently answered all my questions. My daughter recently purchased her first home. The house is absolutely adorable and she and my granddaughter are extremely happy with it. I thank the artist who created that caricature for our colleague who was leaving after 17yr. It touched him and made him laugh. All subjects were created as specified, and the main guy - looked very much like our colleague! great job! There was some initial lack of clear communication and I was not able to show a preview at his going away party. That was unfortunate. But it does not detract from the work that the artist accomplished.
