The likeness of the submitted photo was exceptional, as was the color scheme. The timing and delivery of the product were exactly as promised, which is rare these days. Despite the busy Christmas holiday season, the product was produced and delivered on time.

This was a great present. A wonderful way to capture memories that mean so much to all of us. The ordering process was very smooth and the painter responded very quickly to our requests. When we had a query, the customer service was equally fast and professional. The finished product was very close to the original photo but with that added depth that only a painting has. Because our grandchild's face was scrunched up as the butterfly landed on her nose and was quite obscured by a shade in the original photograph, it was difficult to make her face look just like her. DaVinci reworked the drawing with the assistance of additional photos we provided and the end result was a treasure.

This drawing is done in color of my dog..which she has different shades of blonde..a mini doodle..is done beautiful..they even added per my request..a pink bow above her ear..and painted her nails pink..as the girly girl she is..thanks again for a special memory!! I was surprised at how well the finished product came out - the original photo was on my cell phone and a tad blurry. This year I ordered a charcoal and a color pencil drawing for our two adult children. Christmas is my favorite time of year but also the most frustrating time of year too. I was very impressed with my experience with myDaVinci--the ordering process was easy and customer service and my artist immediately reached out, discussed which photo would be their best reference, and assured me they could still customize the painting to include fall foliage (the reference photo was taken in winter). The painting was done much earlier than I expected, and is even more beautiful in person. I bought this for my mom, who is planning to downsize from my childhood home, and I think she will love it!

I sent a photo of my daughter and fiancé’s apt in a historic section of Boston and the artist did a wonderful job of capturing the charm of the old brick building at Christmas time.
