The hand-penciled drawing was wonderful and blew my wife and I away with how accurate and detailed it was. It fully captured our dog’s features and smile, despite her being an all black dog. And it also accurately portrayed my wife who was holding our dog in the drawing. The process was very good too. Before framing up and shipping us the drawing, we received a preview via email for approval and given the opportunity to request changes. And from start (ordering) to finish (drawing in hand) was about 3-4 weeks. We love our drawing and will treasure it for years to come!

They did a great job with the photos I sent in. The photos weren’t the best photos but they did the best they could and it turned out really good! The detail of the artwork was amazing!

The drawing of my son and daughter in laws house is beautiful. The service, follow up and changes for the completion of the project was very professional and customer friendly. I would highly recommend this company. May I also add that my son and daughter in law love it!

We are thrilled with the artwork. This is the 6th pencil sketch ordered for a family member. We give one for each person on their 50th birthday depicting his/her 3-4 yr old self. The unfortunate part is that you charge way too much for framing, $87. I had to mat and frame it myself.

I love the pencil drawing of our dog. The myDaVinci site was easy to use and I was amazed at how quickly I received the drawing. The framing was done very well.

I submitted a relatively blurry image to be reproduced. They expressed concern and asked for a better copy (understandable), of which I didn’t have. They used the original that I sent them and it came out gorgeous!! I didn’t have to change a single thing about it. I am wanting to have a few more of these done as gifts, and some for myself. If you are hesitating - don’t!! These are wonderful and well worth the price. An excellent experience through and through.

This painting was a gift and my sister cried when she saw her fur babies in this absolutely gorgeous water color painting. I have used davinci several times and they never disappoint. They do amazing work and highly recommend them to anyone…. You will be happy every single time and they are decently priced and shipping is fast also. Thank you davinci!

I gave the artist a challenging assignment - a photo of our cabin at night, with lights pouring out of large windows. Their standard approach seems to be to portray a house in daylight so they were initially unsure what the true colors should be. They asked for additional pictures to indicate that, and quickly produced a beautifully rendered watercolor of the cabin as it would appear in daytime - with a time lapse video showing the picture being painted! They sent a picture of the first image for my review. I was impressed by the quality but had been hoping for the more dramatic night time scene. They adjusted the tones and colors (not easy with watercolor, I’m sure) and I’m very pleased with the final result. The painting is impeccably rendered and I’m quite pleased by the result. I highly recommend this service and give high marks for the customer service and quality control.

This was a gift. The recipients of this artwork absolutely loved it. The black frame complemented the decor in their house. They are very happy with it and so am I. There should be improvement to the website. It was not very clear on how to choose a style. It should have samples of various fonts and sayings so that it would be easier to choose. Thank you very much for a beautiful piece of art.

I had a drawing done of a picture my son took with his phone of his wife and new baby boy to gift him for his first Father’s Day. He took the pic on a flip phone so the quality was not great. The artwork was amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better result. It captures a moment in time that was a rare and beautiful picture

I had this pencil sketch done for my wife, a first-time mother. I was very pleased with the likeness of the sketch and the careful attention to detail. Customer service was always helpful, and they kept in contract via email and phone throughout the entire process. The artwork was expedited and arrived as expected. Both of my sisters loved the final product, and our parents were definitely surprised. The team at MyDaVinci is professional and easy to work with. Now that their quality work has been seen in person, there are several pieces that I plan to have created for myself. My mom and sisters are interested in having artwork completed for themselves as well.

A few years ago I ordered a custom Victorian portrait of my, my fiancé, and our late dog. My fiancé loved this gift so much and all of our guests comment on how cool and unique this artwork is in our home. We have a new puppy now so I needed an updated portrait of our little family. I am thrilled to be a returning customer to MyDavinci, and was pleased to find out we could add our dog into this portrait, although the original did not have a dog in the picture. It was an extra $10 which I happily paid. I imagine this is not the last time I will be ordering a portrait from those at MyDavinci!

I ordered this watercolor of my son and daughter-in-law's new home as a birthday gift for my daughter-in-law. The painting was an exact match to the photo I had sent to myDaVinci, but the water color softened the image, and somehow made the house seem like a home. I have not given this beautiful painting to my daughter-in-law yet, but I am excited to do so--I know she is going to love it.

I purchased this for my special friend for Christmas. I wanted to get him something unique and memorable. Even though I didn’t receive it in time because I waited to last minute to order but it was worth the wait. ( approx 3 weeks before I received it) . To see the expression on his face and the emotion behind seeing his mom was priceless. For MyDavinci to take a picture I had off my phone and make it come to life was worth it. I have purchased 10 pictures from this company and every one has its on look. It started with my grandson when he was 3 months old and has continued. Our latest picture was 2025 my grandson is fifteen. It is a great way to save memories of both of us together. You will love their work.
