Excellent and quick service. I had to make a little revision before the final submission. They took care of it immediately and re-sent my revision for observation. It was perfect! It was fast! Cost was moderate. I highly recommend their service.

We are extremely happy with the watercolor of our home. I gave it to my husband for Christmas and he was very pleased with his gift. During the approval process of the watercolor being created I made a few requests; the artist accommodated each request quickly and exactly as I wanted. myDaVinci also made sure we received the watercolor in time for Christmas. The photo I sent wasn't the best so I expected a sort of impressionist drawing at best. Imagine my surprise when a beautifully detailed and colored pencil drawing arrived. The artist must have zoomed in to get such faithful detail. The whole drawing gave exactly the mood I hoped for - a simple yet dramatic house in a lush forest. The recipient was so delighted and couldn't stop exclaiming over it. The only downside was that I ordered it framed - before I opened the package to wrap it, I heard the tinkling sound of many pieces of broken glass - and sure enough the glass covering the art had shattered somewhere in the shipping process. It hadn't harmed the art itself and I think I would have had it reframed anyway with a mat that enhances the colors - and now I definitely will do that. Otherwise A++++ experience with excellent communication about approval or possible changes (I had none) and the art arrived in plenty of time, just as promised.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her fiancé. I won't know what their reaction is until Christmas, but I found the ordering process to be pain free. I was offered a preview of the drawing and able to make suggestions of changes I thought it needed. Once those changes were made, I was able to preview the drawing again and I realized that the first rendering was the better one. Once again the change was made. I recommend my DaVinci to anyone looking for a unique gift or keepsake.

I gifted this piece of art to my future in-laws for the holidays, and it was a hit.!! The customization process was seamless. I got to select one of my favorite photos (which I may add, was not easy to photoshop!), customize a frame to my liking, and the rest was history. Customer service was also top notch. I had originally submitted a photo that was too low of resolution and was contacted right away to correct that problem. I am very happy with the drawing done of my daughter’s kitty. Although the photo I liked best couldn’t be used, this was a good substitution. The process was very easy and I received the drawing quickly. I know the drawing will bring a smile to my daughter’s face on her birthday.

I had been thinking of doing this for some time and then I finally got around to getting it done and I very glad I did. I absolutely love my artwork!! (I recommend electing the email preview. Of course so you can see exactly what your getting. In my case, a particular detail and the elimanation of it made me go from liking it to loving it.)

The artist did an excellent job of rendering this image of my home. Also, they accommodated a request to add hot pink flowers to some of the bushes even though the original image did not show them.

I submitted a photo of my husband and our recently deceased dog Little Man. When I received the proof of the drawing, I felt it was beautifully done, but the dog in the drawing did not look like our Little Man to anyone looking at it who knew him. I contacted myDaVinci about my concern and they allowed me to send a different photo and did a new drawing, which came out so amazing, looking JUST like our little guy. This was the third time I ordered art from myDaVinci and I am more than pleased and have recommended them many times.
