This came out better than expected! We did do a mini “photoshoot” to upload a picture where the face had the right angle and similar lighting. We only had the artist make one small modification (partially hide the ear) and it came out perfect!!! We love it so much!

The color pencil drawing of my dog DJ is beautiful. It perfectly matches the photo. I was very impressed by the customer service and how quickly the staff responded to emails. It was a pleasure working with this company. I just love the print and how the artist captured my DJ.

The hand-penciled drawing was wonderful and blew my wife and I away with how accurate and detailed it was. It fully captured our dog’s features and smile, despite her being an all black dog. And it also accurately portrayed my wife who was holding our dog in the drawing. The process was very good too. Before framing up and shipping us the drawing, we received a preview via email for approval and given the opportunity to request changes. And from start (ordering) to finish (drawing in hand) was about 3-4 weeks. We love our drawing and will treasure it for years to come!

I’ve ordered from mydavinci twice, and both times I’ve been very happy with the product and the service. I ordered a pencil drawing of my niece 2 years ago, and this year I ordered one of my nephew- both Christmas gifts for my sister. The customer service side of mydavinci is great, they keep you updated throughout the process of your order. The delivery is very timely, even with it being a busy holiday season. The final art is amazing!! My sister cried when I gifted her the drawing of my niece, and I’m assuming she will cry tomorrow when I give her the one of my nephew.

I submitted a relatively blurry image to be reproduced. They expressed concern and asked for a better copy (understandable), of which I didn’t have. They used the original that I sent them and it came out gorgeous!! I didn’t have to change a single thing about it. I am wanting to have a few more of these done as gifts, and some for myself. If you are hesitating - don’t!! These are wonderful and well worth the price. An excellent experience through and through.

Absolutely beautiful! These are my Granddaughter's dogs and she cried when she opened her Christmas gift. Kudos to the artist who did this EXACTLY as I specified. Would absolutely do this again. WELL WORTH THE PRICE!

I purchased this for my great nephew's 5th birthday. I wanted something different and not just the basic cars and trucks to give him. The whole family loved this and he proudly has hung it in his bedroom. Thank you again for allowing me to give that something no one else thought of, and will be around forever.

This service is amazing. I sent a photo with instructions to remove background noise and the harnesses from the three dogs. The artists reproduced not just the appearance of the dogs, but even seemed to capture the character of the dogs through the eyes. The cock-a-poo in the drawing was 17 years old and just lived a couple weeks longer after the photo. We are happy to be able to memorialize her with her puppy friends, the 2 pugs.

I wanted my 5 grandchildren’s faces combined into one sketch. They took my individual photos and combined them perfectly into one beautiful drawing. I was blown away at how realistic it was.

We were very happy with our sketch of my son’s dog Ajax. The sketch looked just like our grand dog and we were very happy with how quick the turn around was, since this was a Christmas present. We’ve lived in our home for 26 years and are preparing to move on. It’s the only house our children have really ever known, so we wanted to memorialize it and bring it into our new place. I took some photos while all the greenery is blooming and the sun is shining. My DaVinci did a beautiful job bringing it to life. The process of reviewing and approving the proof was easy. I gave the artist a challenging assignment - a photo of our cabin at night, with lights pouring out of large windows. Their standard approach seems to be to portray a house in daylight so they were initially unsure what the true colors should be. They asked for additional pictures to indicate that, and quickly produced a beautifully rendered watercolor of the cabin as it would appear in daytime - with a time lapse video showing the picture being painted! They sent a picture of the first image for my review. I was impressed by the quality but had been hoping for the more dramatic night time scene. They adjusted the tones and colors (not easy with watercolor, I’m sure) and I’m very pleased with the final result. The painting is impeccably rendered and I’m quite pleased by the result. I highly recommend this service and give high marks for the customer service and quality control.

I absolutely couldn’t have asked for a better picture of my fur baby! This is the third drawing I’ve had done by My Davinci. Ordering one for my mom of her fur baby for Mother’s Day.

Artist matched the picture perfectly. Her father passed rather quickly from a short but intense battle with cancer. This picture shows how soft and lovable of a man he truly was with his daughters. Beautiful piece that we will treasure forever.

I Ordered a hand-drawn sketch as a christmas gift. After sending in the photo, an associate from mydavinci.com emailed me within a day, verifing what I wanted done. About a week later, they emailed me again with what they had done. I had to approve the product before they would actually send it to me. The sketch was awesome. After my approval, the sketch arrived in the mail within a week. The sketch was even better in person. It was top quality.
