This company was very patient and professional, helping me getting the work done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I actually did not approve the first 3 versions of the work but it did not matter. They continued to work with me through the various interations until I was completely happy. I recently purchased a sketch of my husband and son for my husband's first father's day. I am amazed at the quality of the work. The artist produced a beautiful sketch, amazingly detailed. Unfortunately, the memory card with our wedding photos was lost before we ever received any pictures of us together. All that we had were a few iphone photos that a friend took. We were grateful for those, but the quality wasn’t good enough to print past a 4x6. Then I heard of myDaVinci...we sent in the best iphone picture we could find and the artist created the most beautiful portrait from our wedding. Now we have a large representation, and it’s one of the only ones from our wedding day. I’m so grateful for this company! The painting is so incredibly detailed, down to the exact lace detail of my dress. No one would ever know that it was painted off a small phone photo that was our last hope. We’ve already ordered others as gifts. You may think it’s a big investment, but the value is incredible. I am amazed at their work! Thank you!!

I recently had a drawing done from an old picture of my grandmother. The picture was very old and not the best quality and they warned me it might not turn out that great. They were so wrong. We are thrilled with the artwork. This is the 6th pencil sketch ordered for a family member. We give one for each person on their 50th birthday depicting his/her 3-4 yr old self. The unfortunate part is that you charge way too much for framing, $87. I had to mat and frame it myself.

A friend of mines son passed away...and a portrait was drawn of the deceased from a prom photo. The family loved it! They did a wonderful job.

I thank the artist who created that caricature for our colleague who was leaving after 17yr. It touched him and made him laugh. All subjects were created as specified, and the main guy - looked very much like our colleague! great job! There was some initial lack of clear communication and I was not able to show a preview at his going away party. That was unfortunate. But it does not detract from the work that the artist accomplished.

I gifted this piece of art to my future in-laws for the holidays, and it was a hit.!! The customization process was seamless. I got to select one of my favorite photos (which I may add, was not easy to photoshop!), customize a frame to my liking, and the rest was history. Customer service was also top notch. I had originally submitted a photo that was too low of resolution and was contacted right away to correct that problem.
