The charcoal portrait that I ordered was fantastic. The picture was of my granddaughter for her bedroom. My daughter loved it and it is a picture she will keep forever. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job.

This year I ordered a charcoal and a color pencil drawing for our two adult children. Christmas is my favorite time of year but also the most frustrating time of year too. I love my picture!! My husband passed away and in looking for pictures for the visitation I realized it had been years since we had taken a picture of him with our two boys!! I contacted My DaVinci on line, found several snapshots of the three of them and told them what I wanted. They did a fantastic job.

I found the staff very helpful and accommodating. when asked if I wished changes, in error, I failed to include one other change--I However was very pleased with the rendering, and the service. You worked with me although the quality of the photo was substandard for this.
