Good communication. I think there is a quite a time difference because it would take a while for them to reply, but I did have a few edits that needed to be made. Overall I loved the drawing and so did my mother who received it as a gift. I will definitely use them again! Thank you!

I really appreciate the way that myDaVinci recreates real photos, we greatly enjoy all of the artwork they have done of photos featuring us and our two children.

Though I saw the beautiful art examples you provided on your website, I doubted that an artist would be able to capture our Otis in a way that would move us... Well, when we opened the packet and pulled out the art, we both cried... Needless to say, the artist could not have done a better job. We were so very moved, and though it made us sad again that he is now gone, we are so happy to have this beautiful image of Otis to display. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I gave them a picture of my sister and BIL’s Briard Dog. It was done in pencil. It is remarkable. I would have liked a little bit more color but Briards are usually a light fawn, white and this one is 10 and had gray in him. Not much you can do to add color to that. This is going to be their Christmas present. I am very happy with the end product. Would certainly recommend.

The artwork was superb! It is of my wife's family home that had to be sold when her Mom passed away. It was difficult for her! This sketch was such a delight to give and was received with joy! I thank the artist who created that caricature for our colleague who was leaving after 17yr. It touched him and made him laugh. All subjects were created as specified, and the main guy - looked very much like our colleague! great job! There was some initial lack of clear communication and I was not able to show a preview at his going away party. That was unfortunate. But it does not detract from the work that the artist accomplished.

This particular caricature is the sixth one I've had made up in the last year. As I've always been.... I was very satisfied, and pleased with how it came out. The artists at My DaVinci have always worked with me and made any corrections and/or additions that I requested. These make terrific, and fun gifts that everyone I've given them to, has truly enjoyed. I'm sure I'll be having more made up in the near future.

The photo we sent had red eye of some sort, and the artist made amazing eyes to make up for the bad photo. The portrait captured Wembley perfectly and we are very pleased, and know the family who we are giving the drawing to will as well. Good job!

I ordered this for my mother who recently sold her family's home of 60 years. I chose a picture that I knew that she loved, because it had my grandmother in the front drinking her coffee. I requested that the person in the front and the little white horse on the lawn be included in the painting and was told that, because they were so small that the artist would only be able to include them as an outline. That was not a problem for me. The finished product was absolutely amazing. Not only was my grandmother and the white horse included, but the artist also included a bird feeder that was on the lawn that I hadn't even seen in the picture. My mother was so happy with the painting that we have ordered additional prints to give to other family members. I absolutely would recommend myDaVinci to others.

My husband fishes and does catch and release so all he has for favorite memories are photos. Now he has gorgeous framed pencil drawings of the "prize" fish with details on when and where he caught them. Running out of ideas for gifts? This is a perfect gift for any occasssion. I sent this as a Christmas present for my in-laws. I ordered way too early and asked if the company could hold it until a few days before Christmas and they did! The painting turned out so well and my in-laws are ecstatic.
