The drawing of these two precious fur babies was a wedding gift to dear friends. They loved it. My experience with mydavinci was great. The artists send proofs to be accepted or altered and their work is beautiful with the finished product!

For my four daughters and sons-in-law, I ordered each couple a watercolor painting of their home. I am very pleased with the artwork and the ability I was given to rework some of the details if desired. Although I was concerned that the paintings wouldn't make it to us in time for Christmas, every one of them was received by Christmas Eve at the latest. My only criticism is the poor quality of the frames and the use of plastic instead of glass over the pictures. The frames themselves looked fine when they arrived, but one of them was chipped and damaged in shipping and was obviously made of pressed (not solid) wood. When I contacted the company with photos and a description of the damage, they offered me the option of a new frame or a reimbursement for the damaged frame. So I am quite satisfied with DaVinci's customer service, even though it took a while for the back and forth communications to play out during what must be such a busy time of the year for them. They proved to be quite trustworthy and concerned with customer satisfaction.

We are so pleased with the painting. Looking at it brings back great memories. The artist took great care and captured the scene very well.

Working with your team was a very pleasant surprise in this time of dubious customer service! You were patient, polite, and so accommodating to my various modification requests. The likeness came out wonderfully, small color corrections were spot on and the final product is beautiful. It is accurate but also artistic, with a soft natural homey feel. Thank you!

I originally ordered this for my parent's 58th anniversary. Unfortunately my dad was placed into hospice and passed before the portrait arrived. During his service, this work was placed behind his ashes. It was a beautiful work and worth the money. I just wish dad could have seen it. He painted as a hobby and would have loved it. When my mom was opening the package, she cried when she saw it, touching his image lovingly. I mentioned his passing to MyDaVinci and received kind words from them. Thank you!

EXCELLENT work! Absolutely beautifuul workmanship, high quality and just couldn't be happier. After the sample review, I asked if they could bring out her bright blue eyes and they did without hesitation and got the final review back almost immediately and the eyes were just like the picture. Would highly recommend to anyone, in fact I have had others done before this and was just as happy and have referred several people and they loved there's also. I really did some homework before picking myDaVinci, and still was not prepared for the product or the service. You can't beat this company for dedication to detail, speed and accuracy of their products. We hung it in our guest bedroom, and told each other that we knew our daughter's remarks when she saw it - we both won - "I want it!" Thanks for being true to your advertising, and you have great artists on staff!

I had a drawing done of a picture my son took with his phone of his wife and new baby boy to gift him for his first Father’s Day. He took the pic on a flip phone so the quality was not great. The artwork was amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better result. It captures a moment in time that was a rare and beautiful picture

The photo art of my fur babies is breath taking. Detailed, captures their personalities, professionally done. These are Christmas gift for my husband. He will be blown away when he gets them. Great Job. I will be back!!!!!

I ordered this for my wife, who has not seen the painting yet. I'm giving it to her for our anniversary. We've been married for 13 years. She owned this home before we met but we've got a lot of great shared memories here. I think she is going to love it!

wish i had a more detailed picture of my nephew and his dad but the sketch turned out very nice... my nephew loved it and it is displayed in the living room. i probably will be buying more artwork in the future.

I got the first piece when my son was almost 1 for my husband's first Father's Day. I have gotten a father/son picture done about every 3 years. Our son is 15 now and this is the 5th one. It is a wonderful chronical of their relationship as he has grown up. Beautiful work as always. Excellent communication, rapid response and item well packaged and sent promptly.
