The pencil sketch was a wedding gift for my son. It is his favorite picture from one of their very first dates. The artist worked closely with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Will definitely keep this company in mind for future presents!

The drawing was a christmas gift for our parents of their first house. They were so surprised and speechless, the emotions were flying high. They immediately hung the drawings and made sure that all visitors over the holidays were shown the gift they received. We were very satisfied with the ordering process, turn around time and authorization process and most of all the final product right down to every detail. It was more than we could ever imagine. I cannot even begin to describe how pleased I am with our print! The website worked well, the artist creation and responses were very prompt, and the artist responded to the detail changes I requested perfectly. I was surprised at how well the finished product came out - the original photo was on my cell phone and a tad blurry. The artist just have firmed up the details and did some amazing work, so the final piece is perfect resolution even at a larger size. I am very satisfied with the framing (glass and white frame with mat) - it is professionally done. The package came very well padded and protected. Because our grandchild's face was scrunched up as the butterfly landed on her nose and was quite obscured by a shade in the original photograph, it was difficult to make her face look just like her. DaVinci reworked the drawing with the assistance of additional photos we provided and the end result was a treasure.

I was very impressed with my experience with myDaVinci--the ordering process was easy and customer service and my artist immediately reached out, discussed which photo would be their best reference, and assured me they could still customize the painting to include fall foliage (the reference photo was taken in winter). The painting was done much earlier than I expected, and is even more beautiful in person. I bought this for my mom, who is planning to downsize from my childhood home, and I think she will love it!

I wanted to try a drawing rendition of a favorite photo and must say, the end result was quite impressive. One gets a chance to ask for modifications if required which I did and as stated am happy with the end result. The service was good and I received my drawing in a cardboard tube. The timing was very good too.

This is my 1st time working with myDaVinci and suffice it to say, it won't be the last. I'm big on customer service and they were "on it". Especially since my order was a rush during the time when most were social distancing and working from home. The photo I submitted was a little on the fuzzy side which made it difficult for the Artist but WOW! What a beautiful job! I received the portrait on time - as promised. The spouse to one of the owner's passed away suddenly last March. I was asked by the family to help the surviving spouse sell the home. Obviously the process on this one was emotional x2. This is the third drawing I've purchased and you really nailed it. That's Wilson, all right. I was very happy with the first one and loved this one. I gotta say my second one, a beautiful German Shepherd didn't do her justice. It was too light and a bit angular. My fault for approving it without voicing my concerns. I'd purchased it for a friend and saw it again recently for the first time in a while and was again disappointed. But this one couldn't have been better

I sent a photo of my daughter and fiancé’s apt in a historic section of Boston and the artist did a wonderful job of capturing the charm of the old brick building at Christmas time.
