We're very pleased with the pencil drawing of our vintage apartment building. Intended for use on a new letterhead, the drawing captures the appearance of the structure nicely, and omits, as requested, some neighboring power lines and other unnecessary visual elements. MyDavinci was responsive and prompt with our order, and the cost was very reasonable. Over all, this was an excellent experience.

Love, Love, Love our portrait. I purchased this portrait of our deceased German Shepherd for my son as a Christmas gift!!! I've had five sketches done and have loved them all. This one is our grandson in Scotland with his grandma for high school graduation. He absolutely loved it. This is my second time ordering from myDiVinci. This time I ordered a picture of my Son to match a picture of my Daughter that I had purchased a while back. The two pictures hanging side by side look stunning! The workmanship is top notch and the customer service cannot be better! This time out there was a problem with the picture I had sent. They Emailed me almost immediately after I had placed my order telling me that the image was too small and was grainy. They advised me that I would not be happy with this image and to send them another one, which I did. They were spot on with keeping me updated on my order and it was here in less than a week. I plan on ordering again and maybe exploring some of their other amazing photo options. But if you want something striking that explodes on your wall, choose this Pop Art option! It's amazing!!

Good communication. I think there is a quite a time difference because it would take a while for them to reply, but I did have a few edits that needed to be made. Overall I loved the drawing and so did my mother who received it as a gift. I will definitely use them again! Thank you!

We felt the customer service was exceptional. We were very happy with our end product. It is important to take into consideration if the picture you are choosing will look like an art piece. Sometimes candids make a better result. It is also important to consider the style whether it be water color, pencil, etc. We were very impressed with this company.

The pic was simple but said "volumes"... The heart in the sand with their names and Anniversary date on it gave it that personal touch and made it so meaningful. This was a gift. The recipients of this artwork absolutely loved it. The black frame complemented the decor in their house. They are very happy with it and so am I. There should be improvement to the website. It was not very clear on how to choose a style. It should have samples of various fonts and sayings so that it would be easier to choose. Thank you very much for a beautiful piece of art.

This drawing was done from a photo that was texted to me four years ago. I wanted to have a hand drawn sketch done as a gift to this lovely young woman on her 21st birthday. The artwork exceeded my expectation. The details are gorgeous. The subtle blush of color used is perfect! I will be having more sketches done for all my grandkids!

the artist did very well. This gift was a special gift to my mom,grandmother, and aunt. The two older people in the artwork is my grandma and grandpa and they passed away before my son which is the baby in the artwork was born, they always said they hoped they would still be here when I had kids but sadly that didn’t happened and they passed in 2016 (grandma) & 2020 (grandpa). So, the work you guys put together for me means so so much to us. Thank you :)
