I bought this watercolor to celebrate our first anniversary. My wife loved the surprise and it fit in nicely with the traditional paper theme. The whole process was wonderful, thank you My DaVinci!

Wow, this was my second drawing purchased and have been extremely happy with the result. Very accommodating and I felt through both purchases they were intent on making sure they had the drawing to my absolute satisfaction. I would definitely refer (and have) myDaVinci to anyone looking for a keepsake drawing.

HI, recently received my caricature picture and I love it! Was quick and easy to do with your service. I had to make one adjustment on your review picture, and you changed it with no problem. I bought this for my friend's wedding, I put in a large frame with a wide border so her guests can sign around the picture. I love the whimsical, and fun nature of this picture and I know the bride and groom will have a great laugh with this and love it on their wedding day. We are thrilled with the artwork. This is the 6th pencil sketch ordered for a family member. We give one for each person on their 50th birthday depicting his/her 3-4 yr old self. The unfortunate part is that you charge way too much for framing, $87. I had to mat and frame it myself.

We were very pleased with the excellent customer service we received during the portrait process. We sent several photos and two didn't work for one reason or another. The staff we dealt with were very professional, helpful and patient as we worked together to get exactly the right portrait completed. Now we are eager to give it to family members for Christmas.

I did a hi-res scan of an old family picture from the '50s, then isolated my mother's image. The lighting of the photo was flat, and there were nearly no highlights in her hair, and her earrings got lost in the shadows. Somehow, the myDaVinci artist overcame all of that, found her hairstyle, found her earrings, and reproduced every other feature faithfully, and far better than the original photo. It is a beautiful portrait, and I'll display it with pride. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend myDaVinci to anyone looking for a sensitive interpretation of a family picture.

My level of satisfaction is immeasurable. My life has been made I look at this painting and my heart aches a little bit less. Thank you to the truly talented artist for bringing the two people I love the most together.

The sketch was better than expected. I couldn't have imagined it more beautiful. It's almost as if the artist new our wonderful pet that had just passed. The detail and personality really shows in his facial features. I only wish that the actual artist could be recognized for such wonderful work. I Love my Sketch of our Sweet Girl! It absolutely captures her sweet nature and sparkle - while eliminating the background in the true photo. This is my second sketch done by MyDaVinci and would return again for another !!

I had a pencil drawing done for my daughter for Christmas, by far her favorite gift. To be able to capture her and her cat with both images so spot on exceeded my expectations!! I loved that I could make adjustments once it was complete, it didn’t need much but the few things they changed made all the difference. You won’t be disappointed with this product! The first couple of drawings needed some changes but finally it came out perfect. This was taken at the funeral home when my father died, this is why he is drawn lighter than everyone else. The photo we used had everyone in black. So I asked them to change the color of the women's dresses. They also changed the color of everyones eyes because it was difficult to see in the photo. Everything turned out perfect. It was amazing. I will always recommend their service.

My friends love Italy, and until last year had rented an apartment and spent 3 months in Italy for a number of years. When they moved, I wanted to give them something special as a house present and anniversary gift. Needless to say, they ADORE it and it is proudly hung on a wall in their new home.

I’ve ordered from mydavinci twice, and both times I’ve been very happy with the product and the service. I ordered a pencil drawing of my niece 2 years ago, and this year I ordered one of my nephew- both Christmas gifts for my sister. The customer service side of mydavinci is great, they keep you updated throughout the process of your order. The delivery is very timely, even with it being a busy holiday season. The final art is amazing!! My sister cried when I gifted her the drawing of my niece, and I’m assuming she will cry tomorrow when I give her the one of my nephew.

As always, you guys did a wonderful job. But this time, you really went above and beyond on the customer service side by (i) proactively addressing a complexity introduced by a nuance in the picture I submitted, and then (ii) promptly ensuring delivery even after I failed to respond to several emails asking me to approve the order.
