I got this done as a gift for my brother's birthday. He is getting married this year and loves going tent camping, so he absolutely loved this picture and couldn't wait to hang it up. I absolutely loved the portrait. The portrait was very detailed and looked exactly like the original picture. It was a sentimental gift that really touched my mom’s heart for Christmas this year. Our baby passed away when he was only 1 month old. He was in the hospital all his life, so we didn’t have any pictures of him without all the wires and tubes. The artist did a great job with the image we sent and was able to create this artwork for our family wall at home to keep him close and remember him how he should be.

My mother passed away a year ago. My dad tried to live by himself, but couldn’t. We had to sell his house that he and my mom had lived in for over 60 years. I love the fact that I was able to preview the artwork and request changes before it was shipped to me. My daughter is one of those who rarely, rarely cries, but when she saw the lovely pencil sketch, she sobbed. Thank you! My only "complaint" would be that I didn't receive my artwork in time for Mother's Day because I requested a change, and it slowed down receipt of the artwork by several days. This wasn't a problem for me because it turned out that I didn't see my daughter until a few days after Mother's Day. So, if ordering for a special occasion, be sure to order well in advance. Artist matched the picture perfectly. Her father passed rather quickly from a short but intense battle with cancer. This picture shows how soft and lovable of a man he truly was with his daughters. Beautiful piece that we will treasure forever.
