I ordered this watercolor of my parents’ beloved home for them after they down sized. They built this home from scratch and I thought they’d like a reminder of the legacy they’ve left. I was right. I gave the artist a challenging assignment - a photo of our cabin at night, with lights pouring out of large windows. Their standard approach seems to be to portray a house in daylight so they were initially unsure what the true colors should be. They asked for additional pictures to indicate that, and quickly produced a beautifully rendered watercolor of the cabin as it would appear in daytime - with a time lapse video showing the picture being painted! They sent a picture of the first image for my review. I was impressed by the quality but had been hoping for the more dramatic night time scene. They adjusted the tones and colors (not easy with watercolor, I’m sure) and I’m very pleased with the final result. The painting is impeccably rendered and I’m quite pleased by the result. I highly recommend this service and give high marks for the customer service and quality control.

This is a gift for dear friends. I had no idea how beautifully this would turn out. The quality was wonderful and I was even surprised to see that the photos were touched up a bit. Loved it. Might even get one for my husband and me. Thank you for a job well-done!

OMG!! I looked around everywhere for someone to do a sketch for my sister a Christmas present. She doesn't have kids so her furbabies are it for her. The drawing turned out great. I would have given 5 star except for two things. Save your money on the framing, it arrived with the backing already broken and made of cheap materials. Customer service online is auto response only, direct questions do not get answered, only canned responses

My daughter’s house turns 100 years old in 2024 and she’s planning a birthday party. I now have the perfect present - a beautiful watercolor! I couldn’t be happier with the painting I received. Every detail is captured. I sent two photos - one taken with Christmas wreaths on the windows and snow on the ground and the other with tree in her front yard in full Fall color. This was the second time I’ve ordered from this art group and I have been pleased with both purchases. This one was a color pencil sketch of a man holding his puppy. It is a gift for my daughter’s boyfriend. The illnesses are very good ; I believe it is always hard to capture the eyes especially on animals . This was the case with this picture and I would have given it a five star rating except for this one thing. However, they always ask if there is anything else they can do to improve their work to what you’d like and will make adjustments accordingly. I also appreciate the fast turnaround from order to receipt of their first and then final copy...!

I cannot express how much I love this watercolor of my mom and I when I was little. My mom passed away very unexpectedly, and I have been missing her like crazy. This painting is everything I wanted and more. I love the attention to detail, the colors, and truly everything about it. I had it professionally framed, and it now hangs in my dining room, so I can see it when I first walk into my house. It's as though she's with us when we sit down for dinner. We’ve lived in our home for 26 years and are preparing to move on. It’s the only house our children have really ever known, so we wanted to memorialize it and bring it into our new place. I received a gift certificate to MyDavinci from friends when they knew I would be selling my home. The home I was selling was the one we raised our family in. I had the opportunity to take pictures of the house during the spring when our weeping cherry tree was in blossom. The watercolor of my home captured it beautifully and will be a keepsake for years to come. One piece of advice for others would be to be mindful in selecting a frame. The frame I chose was wider than I anticipated.
