I ordered a pencil drawing from MyDaVinci of my daughter in front of the Eiffel Tower at 9 months old. Recently, at 20, she returned and I knew I had to order another one to display side by side. The artwork is absolutely stunning. The whole process was amazing and the emails throughout were prompt, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I wasn’t completely happy with the first draft but they made the adjustment I asked for and was completely satisfied with the final product. My granddaughter passed away in June and now we can preserve this special picture of her forever and always remember her every time we see it

I was very hesitant about doing this, because I didn't want it to look amateurish or like a paint-by-numbers job. But I have to say I was really pleased with this, and I know the person I am giving this to will love it! I was also extremely worried about shipping a large glass frame, but it was wrapped securely and arrived in perfect condition. It is important for people to keep in mind that a watercolor is not an acrylic or an oil painting, so the colors are more subtle and delicate. I would absolutely order from myDaVinci again.

I thought this would make a great gift, but when it arrived it was so much better than I anticipated! They captured our babies eyes perfectly! I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend to anyone. Our dog Pops passed away this past year but now we have a beautiful portrait of him hanging on the wall so he is forever with us.

For my four daughters and sons-in-law, I ordered each couple a watercolor painting of their home. I am very pleased with the artwork and the ability I was given to rework some of the details if desired. Although I was concerned that the paintings wouldn't make it to us in time for Christmas, every one of them was received by Christmas Eve at the latest. My only criticism is the poor quality of the frames and the use of plastic instead of glass over the pictures. The frames themselves looked fine when they arrived, but one of them was chipped and damaged in shipping and was obviously made of pressed (not solid) wood. When I contacted the company with photos and a description of the damage, they offered me the option of a new frame or a reimbursement for the damaged frame. So I am quite satisfied with DaVinci's customer service, even though it took a while for the back and forth communications to play out during what must be such a busy time of the year for them. They proved to be quite trustworthy and concerned with customer satisfaction.

This is the 5th piece I’ve bought from myDavinci and I am always looking for more pictures to turn into art with my grand kids. They make a beautiful statement and all who see them have great things to say about them.

I gifted this piece of art to my future in-laws for the holidays, and it was a hit.!! The customization process was seamless. I got to select one of my favorite photos (which I may add, was not easy to photoshop!), customize a frame to my liking, and the rest was history. Customer service was also top notch. I had originally submitted a photo that was too low of resolution and was contacted right away to correct that problem. The end product truly exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly order from these pros again.! Thank you!!

I did a hi-res scan of an old family picture from the '50s, then isolated my mother's image. The lighting of the photo was flat, and there were nearly no highlights in her hair, and her earrings got lost in the shadows. Somehow, the myDaVinci artist overcame all of that, found her hairstyle, found her earrings, and reproduced every other feature faithfully, and far better than the original photo. It is a beautiful portrait, and I'll display it with pride. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend myDaVinci to anyone looking for a sensitive interpretation of a family picture.

This was a gift for my wife because it was taken from a photo of our first Fourth of July together. I knew my wife loved the photo so I was very pleased when she saw this pencil rendition and loved it too. The cost and wait time were both very reasonable for such a unique gift idea.

My son and daughter-in-law really loved that picture of their son. Such a striking resemblance to the picture I sent you. This is such a precious little boy that was such a miracle baby for my son and his wife. I was looking for the perfect personalized gift and ordered the myDaVinci Andy Warhol 4-panel for my boyfriend for Christmas. What a massive success it was! This beat my expectations

Purchased this as a wedding gift for a family member. This was last minute as they decided to get married only a couple weeks ago. The couple does all their RenCon festivals so I thought what better gift than a royal painting! I downloaded the appropriate pictures 8 days before the wedding. The next day received a review of what the canvas would look like and approved the picture. To my surprise I got a tracking number showing the canvas had been shipped and the canvas arrived 7 days after I ordered! This thing turned out great, was impressed not only with the quick turn around but also the quality of the print. I did not expect to have it in time to give the couple at the wedding but I did, and they loved it! Thank you so much for the quality work, expedited shipping, and excellent communication along the way!

I had the most wonderful experience with my DaVinci artwork. I had so many questions, and changes and the staff was always professional and replied quickly. The artwork itself was better then I could have imagined. I will use them again and I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a fab, one of a kind piece of artwork!

Unfortunately, the memory card with our wedding photos was lost before we ever received any pictures of us together. All that we had were a few iphone photos that a friend took. We were grateful for those, but the quality wasn’t good enough to print past a 4x6. Then I heard of myDaVinci...we sent in the best iphone picture we could find and the artist created the most beautiful portrait from our wedding. Now we have a large representation, and it’s one of the only ones from our wedding day. I’m so grateful for this company! The painting is so incredibly detailed, down to the exact lace detail of my dress. No one would ever know that it was painted off a small phone photo that was our last hope. We’ve already ordered others as gifts. You may think it’s a big investment, but the value is incredible. I am amazed at their work! Thank you!!

But this time, you really went above and beyond on the customer service side by (i) proactively addressing a complexity introduced by a nuance in the picture I submitted, and then (ii) promptly ensuring delivery even after I failed to respond to several emails asking me to approve the order.

I read several reviews online about myDaVinci and decided to get an anniversary drawing from them. I was a little skeptical (as I always am) but felt great about my purchase once I reached out and asked a question. The Customer Service rep responded quickly and able to help me out throughout the process. The piece that I got back was AMAZING! I was looking for a unique Christmas gift for my mother. I recalled watching the sketch artists in Rome's Piazza Navonna last summer and searched the Web for a local artist. I found nothing in my area but I discovered your website and sent two of my favourite photos of my wife and daughter. The finished portrait was exceptional and my mother loved her gift. Well done.
