The hand-penciled drawing was wonderful and blew my wife and I away with how accurate and detailed it was. It fully captured our dog’s features and smile, despite her being an all black dog. And it also accurately portrayed my wife who was holding our dog in the drawing. The process was very good too. Before framing up and shipping us the drawing, we received a preview via email for approval and given the opportunity to request changes. And from start (ordering) to finish (drawing in hand) was about 3-4 weeks. We love our drawing and will treasure it for years to come!

As my first time ordering, I am totally satisfied and pleased with the resulting pop art photo! It's a gift so I wanted it to turn out well. My DaVinci did such a great job. Sometimes candids make a better result. It is also important to consider the style whether it be water color, pencil, etc. We were very impressed with this company.

I needed this print for my daughter's baby shower and gave little notice. Unfortunately, though the print was completed, it didn't arrive in time to be at the shower. I am thrilled with how this picture of my mother-in- law’s dogs turned out. Both of them recently passed away and I wanted her to have something special to remember them by. OMG, where do I start? I ordered this picture for my Veterinarian for the holidays. We had secretly taken photos of his dog he brings to work everyday. I submitted my order so late that I did not think it was going to be ready for the holidays. But to my surprise it was reviewed and an emailed proof was sent in just a few hours!!!! I noticed the collar was upside down, so I asked if that could be fixed. A new email proof was sent the next day with the collar facing upright. The gorgeous picture was sent within a week!!! Needless to say I gave it to him and he has not stopped talking about it to this day. His family also loved it! The only problem is that they cannot decide where to hang it, in the office or at home. I know he has referred the website to everyone that has also loved the picture. I just want to say thank you so very much for the outstanding customer service you provide. Overall, I felt this to be excellent. I did need to go back a couple of times to request modification of the drawing but this was done promptly and to my instructions. And, as a gift, the persons receiving it were so delighted. We would most definitely consider using myDaVinci again. Very, very good!

I decided for Christmas I would get my daughter a pencil drawing of her horse. The picture turned out perfect and she loved it. I also purchased one for my husband, he was also pleased with the quality. I will be purchasing three more of our other horses in the near future.

Purchased this as a wedding gift for a family member. This was last minute as they decided to get married only a couple weeks ago. The couple does all their RenCon festivals so I thought what better gift than a royal painting! I downloaded the appropriate pictures 8 days before the wedding. The next day received a review of what the canvas would look like and approved the picture. To my surprise I got a tracking number showing the canvas had been shipped and the canvas arrived 7 days after I ordered! This thing turned out great, was impressed not only with the quick turn around but also the quality of the print. I loved the way it turned out. it was custom and i left it pretty open.. but the artist did a fantastic job and my parents loved it!! it got delivered just in time and was a breeze to communicate back and forth.. I'll keep it in mind in the future for gifts..
