We lost our four year old little man unexpectedly five months ago. It has been difficult since he was so young. I gave this to my wife and she burst out in tears. The details are amazing and there is no question it’s Bruce. You captured his essence and joy in his expression. Thank you for helping us honor his life and be able to see him as he was, daily.

OMG, where do I start? I ordered this picture for my Veterinarian for the holidays. We had secretly taken photos of his dog he brings to work everyday. I submitted my order so late that I did not think it was going to be ready for the holidays. But to my surprise it was reviewed and an emailed proof was sent in just a few hours!!!! I noticed the collar was upside down, so I asked if that could be fixed. A new email proof was sent the next day with the collar facing upright. The gorgeous picture was sent within a week!!! Needless to say I gave it to him and he has not stopped talking about it to this day. His family also loved it! The only problem is that they cannot decide where to hang it, in the office or at home. I know he has referred the website to everyone that has also loved the picture. I just want to say thank you so very much for the outstanding customer service you provide. I hope to be back to order one for myself.

I sent four different photos to mydaVinci to put them all together for my final product, which is absolutely gorgeous. They understood everything I needed and wanted this watercolor to show and preserve our childhood memories.

I submitted a photo of my husband and our recently deceased dog Little Man. When I received the proof of the drawing, I felt it was beautifully done, but the dog in the drawing did not look like our Little Man to anyone looking at it who knew him. I contacted myDaVinci about my concern and they allowed me to send a different photo and did a new drawing, which came out so amazing, looking JUST like our little guy. This was the third time I ordered art from myDaVinci and I am more than pleased and have recommended them many times.

This is such a fantastic piece. I had this made for my wife who recently lost her grandmother and never had a good picture of them together. Add in that you were also able to add her mother who passed when she was very young makes this such a precious gift for her. The work is impeccable, and everyone was very kind through the process. It was also done very quickly and shipped in a couple days. Thank you for helping with this and brining such joy to her face when she recieved it.

I was a bit reluctant to order this pencil sketch online because I didn't think the detail would be clear, and it would look more like a "print" than a sketch. I wanted a unique and meaningful gift for my husband, this past Christmas, so I decided to give him a sketch of our dog, Pepper, an all-black German Shepherd. When my husband opened the gift, I almost cried!! The detail of the sketch was absolutely amazing! The artist captured the details of Pepper's eyes, fur, tail, and even the way she was laying on her paw, just beautifully!! We hung our sketch in the Dining Room, where everyone can see and admire this beautiful sketch!

Not my first purchase with this company!! I didn’t like the first background and asked for a change, the preview was emailed to me the next day. I confirmed the new background and received the picture within a week.

We lost our beautiful Labradoodle Gracie, after 16 years of unconditional love . She was always there to make us laugh , comfort us , and motivate us to keep going everyday. She was truly an angel. They are grown now, and living away , but they cherished the visits home just to see her sweet face. My experience with myDavinci was excellent. All work was done and sent in a timely manor. The communication with myDavinci was easy. I did communicate needed changes twice before the final sketch. On the third viewing I had debated about a minor change but accepted the third sketch. They changed everything that I had asked with no problem. The words used for this drawing at our niece's baby shower were stunning, and beautiful. Most important, our niece loves it, and it meant a lot to her. I plan to work with myDavinci again in the future.
